So after a while of being out on dets and stuff with the squadron been missing driving my car, got back last week and leaving again in a couple of weeks. So I took my car out last night and had a little fun havent driven it in a while. Did a could of nice burn outs and high speed passes. About to call it quits for the night and was going to do one last burn out and head home. Well burned through first and was going to shift into second and it just grinded. some im pretty sure my 2nd gear syncro went of possibly the forks. Over all I need to know of a good shop that will rebuild a T56 for a fair price but I need it done good. Im not sure if Ed over at the HP factor rebuilds them or if he know of anyone that does! Please help the car is out of comission without 2nd gear? Any Ideas. I can pull it and get it over there and I will be gone from the 26th of this month to the 10th of next month so wont need the car then!???

Welcome back!!! Sucks to hear about the tranny though.

I don't think Ed does trannys but I'm sure he knows a place. Pm him or give him a call.

yankin its no probablem ive done it befor in about an hour. but i just need a shop to rebuild it! thanks i will PM Ed

i have a BFH and can work wonders with it! and i'll do it for free!

j/k! i belive that ricks car care in norfolk is really good with the t56.

i know he has done a couple of the viper t56's in a few of the cobras running around here.

cool deal, wasn't sure if he overhauled them too. being a gm guy i would rather him do it.
