Installed my new high flow Stewart pump today. Overall a very easy install.
1. Remove shaker scoop. 2 10mm bolts
2. Loosen pump pulley. 4 10mm bolts
3. Take off belt
4. Remove pump pulley.
5. Remove water pump (A cannister to catch the coolant would come in
handy). 4 10mm bolts
6. Reverse order to re-install.
7. Top off coolant thru the cross over pipe to burp the stystem.
About 40 minutes from start to finish but could be done a little faster. Overall gains? stock pump takes about 17 hp to run. This pump takes less than 3 hp at 6k rpm's and it's only $150.
