It's only $40 so it's not that bad plus you'll get probably 9 or 10 runs in. you will really get to know the limits of your car as far as handling and what it can do. Knowing the limits have come in handy a few times for me throughout the years.

On another note Mach 1 :boxing: SlowT1

If I could drive better straight line we would probably be a good race without the bottle.

I'd love to but the car won't be ready for something like that so soon. Maybe next year or later in the year. Sounds like fun.

I'm definitely going. Its basically what I've been building the car for so I'm really interested to see the results. I've said my car should be on par with a C4 Corvette in the twisties, time to prove it! I'll be registering when I get paid this Friday!!!

BTW - Maybe a BBQ at my place after if anyone is interested.

Well, I didn't do as well as I'd like, but its all new to me and a real learning process. What I learned mostly was that.
1. I need to practice
2. Tires make a HUGE difference
3. Its REAL RACING and a LOT OF FUN....

Honestly its the most fun I've ever had in a car. In a lot of ways its not so different from drag racing because you're running against the clock.

They next Autocross event is at VMP. Any takers???

I'll most likely make it.

4. Choosing and running a good line makes a big difference.

Glad you had fun with it. Maybe some more folks will take us up on it.
