I'm not by any means a sex offender, but the law needs to be rewritten for sex offenders, more so, what makes someone a sex offender. All too often I see stories of 18 year old or 19 year olds dating a seventeen year old, or maybe even a 16 year old because they're all in high school together, and the next thing you know, bam, the parents don't like him and turn him in. Offenses like Rape, and such, okay, you win. But high schoolers that have it on their phone because their stupid girlfriend sent it to them and then they get busted is bull****. They want to declare those kids sex offenders. bull****! They're doing what kids do, they just have technology we didn't.
