This came out a little while ago. There are more than a few people that are pissed and rightly so.

They want people (enthuists) to buy the car but then slap them in the face with this kind of stuff. Total BS.

Don't even get me started on the whole dealer mark up issue. Not Fords fault but in the end it just kills things.

But anyway, I'm not profiting from my pictures so it doesn't really concern me.

Dealer markup and meny other thing that ford is doing right now is BS and make me think :WTF: are they are aret' they supporting the hobby?

But If I paid for the car then any photo "I" take of it is mine.

Your right. Right up to the point where you try to make money off that photo. Then it becomes theres.

They also sued some shops that had the Mustang name in it as well.

There is no clear cut right or wrong here. But the guys at Ford that would press the issue are real a**'s. Its great FREE advertising for them and they are making a mistake by pressing the issue. They aren't losing money really because Ford is in the business of making cars, not calendars.

I've got the new ZR-1 as my screen saver and Ford is in my office for the next three days. Hope they get a good look at it :)
