Hello all. Even though I don't have a project vehicle right now, I thought I'd join your group as a way to stay up on what's up. In the past, I've had a 68 Bronco with a 351W swapped in, an 84 Firebird (which Jazz and I put a Chevy 350 in), a 92 SHO, a 97 Contour SVT, and some other stuff.

Yup, Jazz and me go way back, we were in the Army together. The desolate little armpit of a base we were stationed at had a place called the Auto Craft Shop where you could do basically anything you wanted to on your free time. We worked on my 68 Bronco, his 82? Mustang, and my 84 Firebird there back in the day. Downright turned me into a gearhead.

After the Army, I went to school and became an engineer. All I wanted to do was engines for one of the Big 3. Bada bing, badda boom. Got a job:stripes:.

A few more years passed, and now I'm here typing this.

Hope I learn a lot from you all, and maybe I can provide some input as well.

Interesting avatar pic. I like it.

Welcome. Share what you can and I'm sure you will get some good ideas from the folks here.

Mach'er is a good guy. He helped me install a 5.0 into a 4 banger Mustang back when we were kids. I think he caught the horsepower bug from me. We've been friends for almost 20 years now, yes, that's making me feel a bit old...
