Hey Everyone,

I just got word about this forum from the Fiero forum. Sounds like a great idea to me!

Let me introduce my rides. I've got a few in the garage.
My daily driver is the '04 Mach 1. Not many mods, but a blast to get to work in.

The "Finiero" (half Fiero, half Fino body kit). It's a Fiero with the body, interior and engine all upgraded. The small block Chevy sounds great and I really like the body lines. The color may have to go, though.

The 88 Fiero Formula is getting a rebuilt engine now. The rebuild continues. Here is the previous owner trying to get Paris out of the Formula. I still haven't gotten the stink out.

Here it sits waiting for me to get some more garage time

I saw that there is at least one member here from Lakeland, Florida. That's my old hometown. I hope to move there when I retire from the Air Force in a couple months.

I am also the Senior Editor for Domestic Driver - www.domesticdriver.com. If you think you have a feature ride (1980's and up American car), let me know. Subscriptions are free - and you might just learn something - like what to look for when it comes to insurance on custom cars, due out March 1.

I'd love to see some of the cars here make it in.

I look forward to asking questions and lending a hand whenever I can.

Cheers!

Andrew

Congratulations - You're our 50th Member! You've won a significantly increased chance of major engine damage in 2008! Best of luck!

Nice, another Fiero guy, sweet. We'll have to match race when I get mine running. Meet me at Budds Creek!!! :)

Welcome!

I sure miss Florida. I lived there until I was 21. I went to Kathleen HS and graduated from FSC.

I hope I can get back down there soon. That place has really changed since I left 21 years ago...

Sweet I sounds like you will fit right in here. As far as show cars you need to talk with Travis. AKA travisnd (http://www.eastcoastdomestics.com/member.php?u=14), he has the cleanest camaro's you will ever see!

I spent most of my time living just off Shepherd Rd in Shepherd South - if you know where that is. The school boundries changed after I graduated, so my bro went to Mulberry HS.

I saw one heck of a reck at County Line road at the main intesection coming out of Lakeland when I was young. A dump truck broadsided a station wagon right in front of us. It was nasty. I guess it's a divided highway now, but it was just a two-laner when I was young.

My old 1st grade teacher lives at the end of Honeysuckle off County Line...

I can't believe nobody has slammed the color of the Finiero! You guys are a lot more considerate than most other forums.

I think it's time to sell it and build another one with T-tops and a 3800SC.

Anyone want this one for $11k?

You'll find us to more accepting than most. Its pretty laid back here, we basically believe its cool to do your own thing, whatever that is. Glad you've already noticed a difference here.

Quick, someone say something bad about the color!!

Ha!

The color started to grow on me, but I think it is time to tone it down a bit. I'm too old to be driving around looking like it's mid-life crisis time :stripes:

Wecome Saxman. I am on the Fiero forum also. Hope we can turn this forum into one that is as big and helpful as the Fiero one. Weird side note, my wife went to college in Lakeland Fl.
