If I can get my Fiero out of the garage over the next several days I have the same project that needs doing on my Fbody. I've got almost 2 weeks off this holiday season and I think we can fit it in I just can't saw when for sure but I think before New Years.

i have bmr weld in sfc's. way stiffer than before. you will definatly notice the difference in cornering and in launches....plus, if you have t-tops, put your finger in the gap from inside and go over a speed bump without them, then do the same thing with them in. you'll see how much it helps.

yeah thats what im hopeing. So will the suspension be loaded correctly if i drive the front to wheels onto rhino ramps then jack the rear up and set the wheels on to more rhino ramps? just not sure my jack will go that high

i think you need to have the car's suspension unloaded, as in up on a lift or on jack stands with the wheels hanging.
