Oh, I've seen it. I'm pretty sure the guy MUST be kidding. If the guy isn't kidding he might just want to switch over to an electric scooter, or even better just wait for the short bus. This is a good case for kids who aren't too bright wearing helmets all the time since I'm pretty sure this guy hit his head and never recovered.
