So, $1,000 later, i have an entire 79 carmine red interior sitting in my florida room, everything new that wasn't in show condition. Just need the time to put it in.....and best of all..................
like any project, it evolves, and this one took a major change in direction today.......originally, i wanted to keep it all original....but .............
the power hungry guy got the best of me.....
aluminum heads, intake, cam, headers, carb, etc....on a 79 350 2 bolt main with 8.5:1 compression?????? maybe 250 at most.....and not reliable....
ZZ4 crate motor...5K, and the stock tranny won't handle it....
LS1? hmmmm, not original, but............
LS1 AND 4L60E tranny out of 98 WS6 TA...49K miles....$3,100.
