Well, it was to be transfered to me, however personal attacks to Mike last night after I left for dinner. He shut it down for good. If who ever was involved in that last night wouldn't have done that, we could have kept it under my control. But it is gone and thats that. Catch everyone on here from time to time.

I think... from a completely outsider view that the forum that went down should be left down and not brought up here cause it seems like alot of you are from there so whatever happened there might follow you all here.. just my opinion....

Also, this board is likely to be much more technically oriented and spamming and bashing will be less tolerated. Member input will be used to make the decisions. This board/group/club is not owned or run by an individual. Any major decision will be the result of discussion but the members and a group decision made by the admin team. People will not be banned on a whim nor will opinions be squashed because of any personal ego.

Mostly, we are here to enjoy our cars, make new friends and help each other if we can. Decisions will be made in that spirit and those that want to do harm to others won't last long here. So, again. I don't think there is much chance for a meltdown here.

that's true, especially with an admin TEAM (vice a dictator) that is more mature about things then there.

for anyone that wasn't in the shout box last night to get to see what went down....that would have been me that "attacked" mike. I will take responsibility. It was not so much as attacking but calling him out. I thought he would give it to rich and it would keep going and he would go on his merry way as he said. I guess not. His first reaction was to redirect me to some NSFW/NSFH/NSFK site. His reaction to kill it completely surprised me. That's his business and was his site, so, whatever. Perhaps it's for the best that it's gone.

I feel this site CAN and WILL grow and include more members and do more than just provide a website as discussed with Joe and Corey. I am looking forward to getting the regional stuff going here to add new members. I'm in a couple of other sites, Need2speed.com and sffba.net. Met some good guys and there is definately a race scene here, track and street.

We all will morn the p***ing of HRFbody. It has brought many life long friends together. No matter what you think of it's past management, it is why the founders of this site meet. Just to clear any rumors, this site was not formed to destroy HRFbody but to expand our horizons. Most of us own and like more than just F-body's. We welcome everyone who has a P***ion for American muscle. We have put a lot of effort into making sure that the problems from HRFbody will not be repeated here, we welcome constructive criticism, but please don't be offended if we can't do everything. We will do our best to make this the best automotive site on the east coast.
