ok, i crank up my car today, car has high idle. 1500-2000 it's either 1500 or 2000, anyway, this is after i took off my TB and cleaned it, but it didn't do it immediately afterwards, i cleaned it yesterday, did the coolant re route, so it doesn't go through the TB, i don't get it, vacuum leak maybe, who knows, any ideas, i took out the sensors when i cleaned out, it was a thorough cleaning, but it shouldn't make it idle high should it? it's not throwing the SES light on, so i don't think i can get a code read for it, any idea guys??

Might want to check if all the vacumn lines around or on the tb are hooked up right, and make sure the throttle cable is all the way out.

Did you just clean the TB? Or do any porting/ polishing? I had a tb that was over ported and i had some idle issues.

If you haven't done it yet either pull the fuse or pull the ground wire and let the computer reset. If that doesn't do it the next thing might be to get Joe to check the sensor readings out on the laptop.

make sure u didn't bind something up that isnt letting the throttle plate close all the way.
