firehawk a/c needed

buddy of mine (LS1) a/c went out, anyone got one laying around? just trying to help him out...

whats wrong with it? comp, accum??? control head, relay, leaking??? do we need to check it?

he said started smoking while it was on and he thought it was the pulley locked up???? and it was loud???

Easy enough to pull the belt and run w/o it for a few days.

sounds like the a/c tensioner locked up and smoked the belt and prob threw it off too. ls1's have a seperate a/c belt.

Yeah, I've ran without my AC belt before, not a big deal. Just don't run the ac or defrost.
