BBK under drive pulley kit

Hey Family.... Trying to find out if anyone has installed BBK pulley kit in a 95 GT Mustang. Looks easy, But everytime I say that it turns out to be a all day/week job... Looking for some tips.... i.e. do i need a pulley puller, besides the belt what needs to come off to remove the pulleys... Thanks for reading. Tony
