Given we have a couple of Giggle Juice junkies here ....
I have now been assimilated into the collective .....
I am just starting down the Nitrous path ..... not even used the first bottle yet ( lovely weather holding up testing)
I have a big event down in Bradenton FLA on the 16th of Feb and I would like to have a couple runs under my belt before then. Tracks are open in Darlington SC and Jackonville NC weather permitting.
Other than VA speed are there any other shops offering Nitrous bottle refills and what is the going rate\cost and how long does it take.

Steen Racing off J Ave in Norfolk. They're a bit cheaper to fill than VA Speed too, at least they were a few years ago.
I think VA was $4.50 per pound, prices may have changed. I think Steen was $3.75-$4 even. If you put your bottle in a freezer before you take it, it'll cut filling time by like 25-30%. If not, maybe a 45min to 1 hour for fill.
Did Steen used to be called Performance Unlimited?
My entire system is still in the box. Maybe I’ll get around to the install this weekend hopefully. It’s going to take a while to get it all hooked up but I’m hoping it’ll be worth it.

Thought Perf Unlimited was in NN? I don't know. I just know Steen is a big Mustang shop, but they like having other rides to mess with too.
There's a Performance Unlimited on "J" street in Norfolk, thinking its right across the street from Steen's. They've done a couple of pressure plates for be because the machine shop is open on Saturday morning and almost noplace else is. I think the Performace Unlimited on Warwick in NN is out of business.
Is there anyplace on the Penn. that does NOS refills. (Or di-nitrogen oxide, or nitrous oxide, or laughing gas, or spray, or whatever we are calling it today).

steen is no longer, jason closed shop a year or longer ago..
cycle specialist ( larry mcbride aka spiderman ) on jefferson ave. he is $5 a pound. and he uses a push system, so you walk in with an empty and bam leave like 15 minutes later with a full one. no need to leave the bottle overnight and have it frozen. i always weigh my bottles after they have been filled ( been had once, wasn't totlly filled by another shop. not larry ) when larry fills them normally they are just a touch over filled. like a 1/4 pound.

When freezing a NOS bottle you have to be careful when filling them as you can actully put 12 # in it as it will be compressed when cold and then when it warms up to room temp it could cause the burst disc to blow out thats why the only reccommend filling with 10#. That why when using it your bootle wil get cold and use of a heater will heat it up while also building press.

LOL will be running in the Stroker N/A being I am currently ranked #1 Street Legal All motor LX. They have to chase me down
I wouldn't stand a chance against a couple of those unlimited even with a 200 shot of juice. They are now pushing into the 9.5s
Will try a couple runs the twin Turbo Challenger .....
