came across what i belive was a 68/69 charger with some big ole tires in the back and two holleys sticking way out the hood on 17 last sunday. we went from like a 25mph roll. ( i have no speedo at the moment, so it's a guess.) we both pulled hard and fast. he got about a half fender on me. i stuck there for a couple seconds and just started to pull a touch when we had to back out of it. at the next light he told me really liked my T/A and i told him i loved his charger. light turned green, i hammered it he didn't. at the next light i went right and he went left. we both waved and nodded. it's always nice to play with a another domestic. the ricers just don't give props like we do win/lose or tie!

I'm just saying, with all that motor sticking out of the hood, that car should be able to scorch anything.

Fun! It never fails, everytime I see a car to play with, I'm driving the daily driver and not the SS!!!

considering that mine should be running very low 11's on the motor i wouldn't say that either of us are slow. on the street thats pretty quick. i could tell he was abit impressed that i hung with him and started to pull a touch at the end. he prob doesn't run across many that hang with him on the street. so i say for what he built it runs pretty darn good.

yes same here, never fails. always in the d/d.

Well, since I've never seen you or your car. I really didn't know what was up.

I actually saw the same car. We were on the way to the movies, nice car. I'm glad to see that it was actually a fast car and not just sporting an untuned tunnel ram. Must have been pretty fast to run with you Chris, good deal. I guess I really am going to need to spray... :)

I had a TNT F1 kit on my lt1 and it was a monster. Picked up 1.0 and about 12mph+ on a 100 shot, with no bottle heater. :beerchug:

Quick question, (dash)-4 is the same as 4AN?

Did just find on Thunder Racing that they have the NOS Brand -4AN 18ft line for $54. Not bad at all.

I went the Mallory 685 route. I'm planning on pulling 2 degrees of timing for a 100 shot, window set at 3000-6000 (redline is 6500) and shifting at 6200, with WOT switch. The system has a purge and a blanket for the bottle too. Only thing I'm really missing is a bottle openner, but that's really not a necessity is it?

if your shifting at 6200 then why not spray till then? still gives you a 300 rpm window till redline. bottle opener great for street playing, but not necessary. which window switch you have? many use tps input for triggering nitrous.
