Started off like crap. 13.93 @ 105.7, of course me being a bone head left the car in 2nd gear and it has second gear start. So it started off on 2nd with a 2.24 60'. Only got better from there, and ran properly from then on.

My 2nd pass went 12.97 @ 107, 2.0045 60'. Awesome, 12's on the 2nd pass, goal for this car has been done.

Lowered the rear tire pressure to 20psi. Lost MPH and ET. Another 2.00 60' with a 13.00 @ 106, and then a 2.05 60' with a 13.06 @ 106. So aired back up to 22.5psi, all 12.9's from there.

Run 7 was the Quick 8, I lost.

Runs 8-11 were bracket, and I ended up winning.

Car is a 2000 Z28. Only mods being: SLP Lid, Air bellows, free ram air mod, K&N, Flowmaster muffler and SS tips and a Diablo programmer, 3.42 gears, of course MT ET Streets for tires.

Not bad for stock!

Mostly stock. If you go to a track, sticky tires a must. Of course there was a 2010 Camaro SS A6 with LT's exhaust and a tune on street tires running 12.20's 12.30's. Gaining more respect for the new ones.

I think your car ran great for what you have done to it.

Rich, is it a real tune or just the canned tune that comes from Diablo? If it's the canned one I'd like to see what it does without the Diablo.

The car is running good though.

Just the standard Diablo tune. I messed with some fuel trim and timing though.

Sounds like you made the right corrections then.

Work on getting that 60Ft down... and you be shooting a whole lot quicker ET.

You had ET Streets ? What the heck was your PSI set @

The stock converter limited what that car would do. Anytime I'd get up to 1800rpm or so on the line, it would start pushing the front tires out of the beam. F-Bodies on the stock converter usually the 60 is the best it gets. I have a Yank SS4000 on the way, so the 60 should go from the 1.96 to around 1.6, 1.7 as the car sits. The car ran the best with 22psi in the tires, 20psi slowed it down, those were the 13sec passes, and MPH was down. Still wasn't bad for a mostly stock Z28 with a 3.42 rear end.
