So, the Comet project was killed since a better offer is on the table. My friend is moving on to a 1966 Fastback Mustang and giving me the opportunity to get his 1972 Ford F100 Shortbed Project. It's a 390 C6 shortbed, factory air, auto on the column. Mechanically running good, even the air has been fixed. The truck has been dropped 3" in the front and 4" in the rear. The stance is a little off but we'll get that right.

I'll be putting pics up as soon as they are available...

Dropped a grand on the F100 this weekend. Still owe another $1000 and then its coming home with me :)

I think the rims would look good, But first it needs paint.

Oddly enough with all the "rat" type cars running around these days, paint isn't really high on my list of things to do. It's actually probably the last thing.

The expected colors are candy yellow with blue ghosted flames similar to this hot rod. I'd want my flames to be more transparent though. It's an expensive paint job that I can't afford any time soon.
