in need of heads

I am looking for a good set of small block heads without spending lots of $$$. They will go on a 30 over flat top motor. Nothing special just looking for a step up from the old power pack heads that were on it before a bearing spun. I had a buddy call today with a set of 461X heads, but I was hoping for a set with bolt holes.

thought about going with a set of vortechs? there like 500.00 for a new set. and are a pretty good head right out of the box.

ya talked to the machine shop the other day. he got a set he has worked for 400. think i'm gonna grab them. gonna have to find intake now.
